Well where do I start!
Allan has worked on Land Rover since about 1984, done over 1300 chassis changes.
He started out working with his brother at Crow Engineering and when that business was sold to Strathearn Engineering, Allan worked with them for a further 10 years or so before venturing out on his own at Over the Hill Restorations.
Allan mainly does nut and bolt restorations but works on any Land Rover pre computers.
My interest in Land Rovers was probably through my dad on Eigg where we had a series of series landrovers, then when I met Allan who had 3, a forward control 101, a 90 and a tomcat well that stoked the fire more.
Apart from working on landrovers Allan also trials and races in his tomcat and he built me my very own special Land Rover, Dusty the series 1.
I also draw Land Rovers as commissions which are then printed onto mugs, coaster, embroidered onto tops etc.
So, we are a Land Rover family owning 5 at the moment.
